About Hesston
Hesston was an American hay and forage equipment maker whose name also appeared on Fiat-built tractors. Fiat bought the business in 1977, and AGCO acquired Hesston in 1991.

History and legacy
Fiat tractor imports carrying the Hesston name began in 1980. The tractor badge was part of a wider implement business, so a change in tractor branding should not be mistaken for the disappearance of all Hesston equipment.
