History and legacy
Valpadana’s manufacturer literature traces the company to the Stefani family in 1935. Its machinery developed from motor cultivators into tractors by 1960. Landini acquired the business in 1995, while the Valpadana name remained associated with compact machines. The acquisition marks an ownership change rather than the immediate end of the tractor badge.
