About Jeep
Willys adapted the Jeep for civilian farm work after World War II. Dedicated Farm Jeep and Jeep Tractor versions were built during 1951–1954, alongside farm attachments for other Jeeps.

History and legacy
Farm adaptations included a pulley, PTO, and three-point hitch. The stripped-down Jeep Tractor omitted equipment needed for normal road use. These specialized versions should not be confused with every civilian Jeep equipped to do occasional farm work.
