About Foton
Foton tractors grew from a Chinese vehicle-manufacturing group, with Foton Lovol formed in 2003. Weichai acquired the Lovol business in 2021.

History and legacy
Foton is a brand identity within a wider industrial lineage. The Lovol ownership change should be distinguished from the origin of the original vehicle group, and it does not by itself establish a closure of tractor manufacturing.

Index power values can include estimates derived from belt or PTO power. They are identified on each model card and are not interchangeable with a measured engine rating. Model years and missing values follow the source index.
