About Bombardier
Bombardier was founded in Canada in 1942 by Joseph-Armand Bombardier. Its farm-tractor range was a later activity, using rebranded Hinomoto light tractors during the 1980s and 1990s.

History and legacy
The machinery catalog represents one part of a much wider industrial history. Snowmobile, recreational-products, and other Bombardier businesses should not be treated as interchangeable with the Hinomoto-supplied tractor line; the reviewed source does not date that line’s exact end.
