AGCO Allis carried the Allis tractor lineage into the 1990s after the management buyout of Deutz-Allis. It was a tractor brand within AGCO, not a separate successor that purchased all of Allis-Chalmers.

A new name for an established lineage
When management acquired Deutz-Allis’s North American business from KHD in 1990, the resulting company was AGCO. Its tractors were sold under the AGCO Allis name; the listed range covers utility and higher-horsepower machines.
What happened to the name?
AGCO Allis branding ended in 2001 as AGCO consolidated its tractor names. That was a branding change within the parent company, rather than the bankruptcy or liquidation of a standalone AGCO Allis manufacturer.
